William is a Chartered IT Professional under the auspices of the British Computer Society, he has over 30 years of IT experience in the public and private sector.

He was co-founder of Internet Promotions which was formed in 1997 and has overseen the company's continued growth into Navertech, an e-business solution provider and IT partner to companies nationwide.

William was responsible for the development and support of a new Engineering IT infrastructure operating worldwide for the new commercial arm of the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority, formed in April 2008.

He provided valuable IT Strategy input to UKAEA Ltd ensuring critical information was available to prospective buyers of the public sector company. With his task completed after it was successfully sold off to Babcock International Group in October 2009, William is now focussing on developing his role as Commercial Director at Navertech.

William has responsibility to guide and develop commercial activities of the company; namely marketing, sales and after sales.

The role also includes defining the right market positioning of the company, setting the products/services mix, conceptualizing new business opportunities for the company, reviewing and monitoring marketing and sales plans and directing market assessments, surveys, trends analysis and competitors intelligence.

Also, assess and propose the establishment of new business relationships, build the company image in the market and endorse strategic aspects of the relationship between company and key clients.
