Our approach

Following your initial enquiry, we will first arrange to discuss your requirements, either in person or by phone, to offer advice and provide you with an estimate for the work involved.

We can usually provide you with a fixed estimate, however, only if we have a fixed scope of work. The more you tell us, the more accurate we can be. Lots of additional changes and backward steps can add up.

The more you tell us, the more accurate we can be with your quote.

The time we charge

Our clever CRM Software means we can record every minute spent on a particular task and project.  If we spend less time than estimated, you will be charged accordingly.

If we spend more time on a project than estimated, you will be made aware at the earliest opportunity.

Our rates

Like most skill driven businesses, our charges are based on an hourly or daily rate.  Our rates can vary based on the size of the project and the type of work being undertaken.
